Per serving: Option 1: 2 Tbsp = 2.5 Condiments Option 2: 2 Tbsp = ½ Healthy Fat ; therefore, ¼ cup = 1 healthy fat serving

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp grated cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1-pint cherry tomatoes ( 1 1/2 cups)
  • 3 scallions trimmed
  • 1 avocado diced

Directions

  1. Dice all vegetable mix in salt, cilantro, and lemon juice
