Ingredients
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp grated cilantro
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1-pint cherry tomatoes ( 1 1/2 cups)
- 3 scallions trimmed
- 1 avocado diced
Directions
- Dice all vegetable mix in salt, cilantro, and lemon juice
