Cajun Shrimp

Ingredients
- 14 oz cooked shrimp, thawed (2 Lean)
- 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning (2 Condiments)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (1/2 Condiment)
- 1 clove garlic, minced (1 Condiment)
- 2 teaspoons olive oil (2 Healthy Fats)
Directions
- Sprinkle Cajun seasoning and ground red pepper over shrimp and toss to coat.

Heat oil (high heat) in skillet and saute garlic until lightly browned.

Add shrimp and cook 3-5 minutes on one side.

Turn over and cook 3 more minutes.
