Cajun Shrimp

Makes 2 Serving

Ingredients

  • 14 oz cooked shrimp, thawed (2 Lean)
  • 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning (2 Condiments)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (1/2 Condiment)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (1 Condiment)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil (2 Healthy Fats)

Directions

  1. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning and ground red pepper over shrimp and toss to coat.
  2. Heat oil (high heat) in skillet and saute garlic until lightly browned.

  3. Add shrimp and cook 3-5 minutes on one side.

  4. Turn over and cook 3 more minutes.
