Spaghetti Squash Alfredo
Ingredients
- 7 oz turkey, ground, 98% lean
- 5.34 oz cooked squash, spaghetti, fresh
- 6 tbsp of walden farms alfredo sauce
Directions
- Cook the spaghetti squash in a shallow baking dish in the oven at 375f for approximately one hour, after piercing the squash several times with a fork or knife first. when done, slice the squash in half and scoop out the seeds. shred the inner part of the spaghetti squash with a fork into strands that will naturally resemble spaghetti. portion out 1 1/2 cups and put on a plate or in a bowl.
- Cook ground turkey (while the squash is baking) until brown.
- Drain the ground turkey.
- Mix the ground turkey and spaghetti squash together.
- Mix 1/4 cup of walden farms Alfredo sauce into the turkey/squash mixture and serve.
