Balsamic Chicken & Peppers

Ingredients
- 36 oz Chicken breast
- 2 cup Chopped Bell Peppers
- 4 tsp Oil, olive
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Scallions
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Rosemary
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire
- 1 tsp Basil
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 3 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Chicken Broth
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- In a bowl add green peppers and onions.
- In measuring cup stir balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire, olive oil, broth, minced garlic, and herbs.
- Pour sauce over peppers and onions. Toss until well coated.
- Place chicken breasts in baking pan and pour pepper mixture over.
- Cover pan loosely w/foil bake 45-60 minutes. Check chicken at 40 minutes. Spoon sauce from bottom of pan over top of peppers and chicken. Continue to bake until chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165
