Creamy Swiss Chicken Bake

Makes 8 servings Each serving provides: 1 leaner 1 fat 3 condiments

Add 3 greens per serving to make a complete LG

Ingredients

  • In order to make this a compliant LG, use:

  • 39oz cooked chicken breast (~58.5oz raw)

  • 6oz reduced fat Swiss or mozzarella
  • 9 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese divided)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Pat chicken dry and place in a 9x13 pan sprayed with nonstick spray.
  3. Place the cheese on top of the chicken breasts.
  4. Mix all the remaining ingredients in a bowl and spread overtop the chicken breast.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes
