Pot Sticker Burgers

Yield: 4 servings

Per serving 1 Leanest protein 3 Vegetables 3 Condiments

Ingredients

  • 1 package 99% fat-free ground turkey breast (about 1.2lbs)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Aminos/Low Sodium soy sauce** (such as Coconut Secret brand from Whole Foods)
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 1/2 cups coleslaw mix, roughly chopped – no carrots
  • 10 sprays Non-stick olive oil spray (or use a nice non-stick pan and you don't need the spray!)

  • Spicy Asian Slaw

  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Aminos
  • 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon water
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (or more)
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 4 cups coleslaw mix

Directions

  1. Mix burger ingredients and place them into the non-stick preheated pan on medium heat. Cook about 5-6mins per side or until no longer pink in the middle.
  2. -Mix slaw ingredients and allow them to sit and marinate while burgers cook.
  3. -Top burgers with slaw and enjoy!!
