Pot Sticker Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 package 99% fat-free ground turkey breast (about 1.2lbs)
- 1 egg
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Aminos/Low Sodium soy sauce** (such as Coconut Secret brand from Whole Foods)
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 1/2 cups coleslaw mix, roughly chopped – no carrots

10 sprays Non-stick olive oil spray (or use a nice non-stick pan and you don't need the spray!)

Spicy Asian Slaw
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Aminos
- 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon water
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (or more)
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 4 cups coleslaw mix
Directions
- Mix burger ingredients and place them into the non-stick preheated pan on medium heat. Cook about 5-6mins per side or until no longer pink in the middle.
- -Mix slaw ingredients and allow them to sit and marinate while burgers cook.
- -Top burgers with slaw and enjoy!!
