Spaghetti Squash Pizza Crust

Ingredients

Crust

  • 4 cups of spaghetti squash that has been shredded in a food processor
  • 1 cup egg beaters
  • 1 heaping cup of mozzarella cheese
  • Italian seasoning if desired

Topping

  • 1 cup mozzarella
  • 8-10 oz of meat depending on what you see
  • 2 cups of veggies (photo shows mushroom, red peppers, and few black olives and onions)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Mix crust ingredients together
  3. Spoon mixture out onto a parchment-lined sheet making a 6-inch circle.
  4. Bake 20 minutes until dark golden brown flip over and cook another 20 more minutes
  5. Added the toppings and cooked on broil until cheese melted. About 6 minutes
