Italian Chicken Bake

Makes 2 servings

Per serving 1 Leaner protein 2 vegetables 3 condiments 1 fat

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces shredded chicken
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup low carbohydrate tomato sauce
  • 4 Tbs cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup low fat plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Place shredded chicken in the bottom of a greased glass casserole dish.
  3. Mix all remaining ingredients minus parmesan cheese.
  4. Pour tomato sauce mixture over chicken.
  5. Top with parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until casserole begins to bubble.
