Italian Chicken Bake

Per serving 1 Leaner protein 2 vegetables 3 condiments 1 fat
Ingredients
- 10 ounces shredded chicken
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup low carbohydrate tomato sauce
- 4 Tbs cream cheese
- 1/2 cup low fat plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Place shredded chicken in the bottom of a greased glass casserole dish.
- Mix all remaining ingredients minus parmesan cheese.
- Pour tomato sauce mixture over chicken.
- Top with parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until casserole begins to bubble.
