Lean Parmesan Chicken Strips

Ingredients

  • 18 oz raw boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1/4 cup reduced fat grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Salt

  • Healthy Fat Dip options: 2 tbsp Light Buttermilk Ranch (Hidden Valley) or 1 tsbp light mayo with a tiny bit of Franks Hot sauce mixed in.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut chicken breasts into thin strips. In a bowl, combine parmesan, Italian seasonings, paprika, salt and garlic powder. Line shallow baking pan with foil or parchment paper. Roll the chicken in cheese mixture. Spread on prepared pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked.
