Melt in Your Mouth Chicken

Per serving: 1 Leaner Lean 2.5 Condiments (You still need 1 Healthy Fat per serving)
Ingredients
- 28 oz raw boneless, skinless, chicken breasts or tenderloins - should cook down to 18 oz
- 1- 1/2 cups low fat plain Greek yogurt - I used Fage 2% plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with non-stick foil. This is optional but it makes clean up easier.
- Place chicken in a baking pan in a single layer.
- Combine yogurt with Parmesan cheese and seasonings in a medium-sized bowl.
- Distribute yogurt mixture evenly over chicken.
- Bake 45 minutes or until done. Be careful not to overcook.
