Buffalo Chicken Appetizer

Ingredients
- ¼ Cup Frank’s hot sauce
- 1 Tablespoon mayo
- ¼ Teaspoon salt
- ½ Teaspoon pepper
- 12 ounces chicken breast
- ½ Cup celery
- ¼ Cup reduced fat blue cheese
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together hot sauce and mayo and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour over shredded chicken and mix to combine.
- Spoon chicken mixture into celery boats.
