Philly Cheesesteak Casserole

Makes 6 servings Each 1 leaner + 1 green + 2/3 fat + 2 condiments

Add 2 greens to each serving to make a complete LG

Ingredients

  • 22 oz cooked 95-97% lean Ground beef
  • 3c Bell peppers chopped (6 greens)
  • 1/4c Onion chopped (4 condiments)
  • 2 tsp. Minced garlic (2 condiments)
  • 1 tsp. Seasoned salt (4 condiments)
  • 8 1oz Slices reduced fat provolone cheese (2 lean)
  • 4 Large Eggs (1.33 lean)
  • ¼ C. Heavy whipping cream (4 fats)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (2 condiments)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a skillet over medium high heat on the stove, begin to brown the meat.
  3. When the meat is partially browned, add the onions and peppers to the skillet. Cook until the meat is completely browned and the vegetables are beginning to soften.
  4. Add the seasoned salt and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté another 30 seconds. Drain any excess grease.
  5. Layer the beef in the bottom of a well greased 9x9 baking dish.
  6. Top the beef with the cheese slices.
  7. Mix together the heavy whipping cream, Worcestershire sauce and eggs in a bowl, and pour over the meat mixture in the baking dish.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes until cooked through.
