Louisiana Hot Crab Dip

Makes 7 servings and per serving you receive: 3 condiments | 1 healthy fat | 1oz of leanest protein

Ingredients

  • 7oz of crabmeat
  • 3 tablespoons of light cream cheese
  • 3 and 1/2 tablespoons of regular mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup of reduced-fat parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of green onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons of worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon of old bay
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients (except the parm!) in a casserole dish. Top with cheese!
  3. Bake for about 35-40 mins in a preheated oven until lightly golden brown on top.
  4. Serve hot! Enjoy!!
