Peanut Chicken
Makes 2 servings
Per serving: 1 lean 2.5 condiments 1 snack
Ingredients
- 12 oz cooked chicken tenderloins, grilled
- 1/4 cup PB2 – Powdered Peanut Butter
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp + 1.5 tsp lite soy sauce
- 1 packet Splenda
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Additional water
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except chicken in a small bowl
- I added almost 2 tbsp of water but try adding a little at a time to get the desired consistency. Stir until completely blended
- Serve with chicken and your favorite steamed veggies
