Stuffed Cheesy Meatballs
Makes 1 servings Per serving: 1 lean, 3 condiments
Ingredients
- 7 oz 95-97% (raw) lean ground beef
- 2 tsp Horseradish
- 5 sprays Non-stick cooking spray
- 2 wedges Light Laughing Cow
- Garlic & Herb Cheese
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Roll the ground beef into even sized balls.
- Evenly distribute the horseradish onto each meatball, coating the entire outside.
- With a toothpick, poke a hole in each meatball and add cheese into the center, covering the hole up when finished.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes until done
